• Initial Private Assessment Session (15 minutes)
  A one-on-one assessment with a Livewyd nutrition specialist at the start of the program to review lifestyle, health goals, and baseline information.

• Personalized Health & Lifestyle Plan
  A customized nutrition and lifestyle framework developed based on each participant’s initial assessment.
  This is a guidance-based plan focused on sustainable lifestyle change, not a rigid meal plan.

• Daily Monitoring & Program Follow-Up
  Ongoing daily review of participant progress throughout the program period via the Livewyd platform.

• Weekly Live Group Session with Dr. Faiza Kalam
  A live weekly session led by Dr. Faiza Kalam, PhD (Nutrition), following a structured curriculum that covers:

  • Nutrition foundations

  • Diet approaches

  • Lifestyle optimization strategies

  • Long-term behavior change

• Weekly Activities & Challenges
  Practical weekly challenges and activities designed to help participants apply concepts discussed during the live sessions.

• Weight & Body Measurements Tracking
  Progress tracking through the Livewyd website, including weight and body measurements as applicable.

• Final Private Evaluation (15 minutes)
  A concluding one-on-one session at the end of the program to:

  • Review outcomes

  • Identify key focus areas

  • Provide post-program lifestyle guidance
